In order to establish and preserve a high quality of life within the Anasazi Development Community, the Developer has prepared and filed a set of covenants and restrictions that run with all residential lots in the Anasazi Overlook, Anasazi Estates and Anasazi Riverview subdivisions.  For a copy of a summary of these covenants or a complete list of the covenants, along with the Disclosure Statement, please write or phone as per above.
